Keeping up with her hectic schedule, Emma
Watson got all gussied up for the “Perks of Being a Wallflower” screening in
London, England today (September 26).
The Hermione Granger gal looked stellar
in a strapless black dress teamed with a pair of black trousers as she headed
inside the Mayfair Hotel to peep her new picture.
However, Emma will definitely be turning
her head at certain points in the flick, as she can’t stand seeing herself
getting freaky with her costar Logan Lerman.
Watson explained, "It's really funny
because when I watch the film back, there are a few things I can't watch. I
can't watch the Rocky Horror dancing scene, and I can't watch the kissing
scenes.”
"This film really pushed me out of my
comfort zone. I told the director (Stephen Chbosky) that I have just come from
playing Hermione Granger and you are expecting me to dance and putting me in
corsets, and it's difficult."
With her new movie "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" out in theaters, Emma Watson landed on the October 2012 cover of

Joined by co-stars Logan Lerman and Ezra
Miller, the 22-year-old actress playfully posed in Chanel and Tommy Hilfiger for
the Guy Aroch shot front page while dishing about everything from taking on a
cult classic to becoming famous.
On her movie, "The Perks of Being a
Wallflower:"
"I feel more directly creatively involved
with the whole project--you're part of a very small, passionate group of people
who are trying to bring something to life. You feel like you're in a traveling
circus, or a company of actors."
On growing up in the
spotlight:
"I've done my life backwards; it's really
bizarre[…] Most of my friends are just about to start working, and I've had a
job for the past 10 years. It's strange, because most people spend that decade
figuring themselves out and figuring out what they like and what they don't
like--just making mistakes in the privacy of their own teenage bedrooms. And I
am kind of doing everything in a different way, so sometimes it's a bit
isolating."
On taking on a cult classic:
"Whatever people might think about it,
whatever criticisms they have, all three of us were so vulnerable--all three of
us really gave it everything we could and everything we had, and all three of us
went into the movie terrified and very much aware of what this book means to
people. "
Based on the bestselling coming-of-age
novel, "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" comes to theaters on September 14th. A
new poster for the movie was released today (July 25) showing the film's three
young stars, Emma Watson, Logan Lerman, and Ezra Miller.
The drama tells the story of 15-year-old
Charlie (Lerman) and his struggle to cope with his first love, the suicide of
his best friend, and his own mental illness, all while struggling to fit
in.
